Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 237 Toryork Drive, Toronto, Ontario. Unit #1.  M9L 1Y2
 
Q: Do you ship to the U.S or anywhere outside of Canada:
A: We will ship to all addresses in Canada only.
 
Q: Do you carry full metal and tinted airsoft guns?
A: YES!  We carry both full metal (ICS, Vega Force Company [VFC], Classic Army [CA], Real Sword, Magpul, Systema) and tinted (ICS, Tokyo Marui, KJ Works) airsoft guns.  ALL airsoft guns imported by Mach1airsoft are also fully accepted by the Canadian Borders Services Agency, and provided you are using your airsoft gun in a responsible manner, and in a designated area deemed safe to operate your airsoft, you will be able to enjoy your gun.
 
Q: Does the tinted plastic receiver cheapen the look of the airsoft gun?
A: NO NOT AT ALL!! We realize the overall appearance of the airsoft is a critical consideration for our customers. We feel the models we offer provide the perfect compromise of full black to tinted receiver proportions, to offer an authentic atmosphere during MilSim.
 
Q: What about the orange tip? Do your guns have them? A: As matter of fact, our guns do NOT contain the orange tip. This is only a U.S product requirement. Our Canadian regulations do not require the tip of the gun to be orange.
 
Q: How will payments be processed?
A:Payments will be processed through our online shopping cart, whereby shipping and taxes will be calculated for your pre-approval.  From there, you will be sent to our Paypal gateway for you to pay through  your paypal account or you can enter your Credit Card at that point to finalize your transaction.  Our waiver and term of conditions will have to read and understood before you will be permitted to make your purchase.
 
Q: What if your out of stock? Can I order anyways?
A: If we are out of stock, you will not be able to order that item. If you would like to pre-order anything not in stock, please send us an email, and we will contact you to discuss this possibility. We will not make it a common practice to pre-order many items.
