Warranty

Mach1airsoft does not provide a Warranty on any of its products. We pride ourselves in carrying only high quality and proven models of airsoft, in order to minimize the potential of receiving any defective products. We will however, at your request, open your item and ensure it is fully functional before it leaves our warehouse. We will confirm this procedure by placing a seal of inspection within the package, confirming your item was in fully operational condition before it left our warehouse.

This free service will only be available for the purchase of Airsoft guns that have been purchased together with batteries and chargers, IE: Combo packages that include batteries and charger. We will not test your Airsoft gun with foreign external batteries, as the components a user may wish to use that are already in his/her procession may differ from ours at the time of testing, and may provide a misleading performance result.

All guns only purchases will receive a visual inspection for any major external defects.
